Kyle is a core contributor to The LexDAO Legal Engineering Guild, and heads the business development that has created so much demand
that the Guild now needs a coop! Kyle founded LexClinic, which is the apprenticeship DAO within the Lex+ family training the next
generation of legal engineers and cryptolawyers with on-the-job experience.
Kyle has a background in enterprise music rights management, enjoys jamming out with friends and mountaineering adventures. Kyle

Brent Russell
Web3 Tech Solutions Architect
Brent Russell is an experienced programmer, network, db, cloud, and systems administrator with 19 years of experience. As a successful entrepreneur, he has created multiple successful companies in the telecom, advertising, and cryptocurrency space. In 2009 Brent created a fully automated classified ad distribution network allowing him to travel to over 80 countries and live in the US, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Italy, and India. In 2018, Brent developed Coinlock, a crypto derivatives platform. Shortly after he bootstrapped the first Aragon DAO guild, focusing on improving the quality of technical support for Aragon through technical documentation, quality assurance, and evaluating crypto projects for integration with Aragon.

Kyler Wandler
Business Operations
Kyler serves as the Director of Operations for the DAO Research Collective, where he leads and conducts research in coordination with a team of 25 esteemed research fellows and has contributed to publications and events with institutions such as the Harvard Kennedy School of Business, Stanford University, the World Economic Forum, and more. Kyler also serves as a member of both the Operations Committee and Communications Committee in LexDAO; is the founder of LexNews+; a supervising editor at Content Guild; and a returning fulltime student, holding an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies, and nearing completion of a Bachelors degree of the same name. Kyler intends to enroll in law school after the completion of his Bachelors.

25 years of full stack open source development enjoyed in Southwest Virginia. Full time data science & library support at the University of Virginia & two decades of heavily engaged civic tech work. Gerald Gallagher

Gerald transitioned full time into web3 legal roles after five years in venture capital, investing in heavily regulated industries like fintech, insurtech and healthcare. Gerald joined LexDAO in the Fall of 2021 and focuses on securities issues, fundraising, corporate structure and DAOs. Gerald was previously Head of Legal at Party Round and advises clients like Rarible, Beacon Media .

Yev Muchnik
Lawyer
Yev is a corporate and securities lawyer native to web3 since 2016. Previously, Yev was an associate at various large international law firms doing M&A and private equity and was also General Counsel of a publicly traded tech company and a unicorn private aviation tech startup. Yev is a proponent of financial equity and inclusion and believes that web3 agnostically opens the gates to provide access to a more diverse group of participants.
She has advised projects in this space on how and where to set up both their DAO's and more traditionally governed entity structures, as well as how to compliantly raise capital through the sale of equity and tokens
