generation of legal engineers and cryptolawyers with on-the-job experience.

Brent Russell is an experienced programmer, network, db, cloud, and systems administrator with 19 years of experience. As a successful entrepreneur, he has created multiple successful companies in the telecom, advertising, and cryptocurrency space. In 2009 Brent created a fully automated classified ad distribution network allowing him to travel to over 80 countries and live in the US, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Italy, and India. In 2018, Brent developed Coinlock, a crypto derivatives platform. Shortly after he bootstrapped the first Aragon DAO guild, focusing on improving the quality of technical support for Aragon through technical documentation, quality assurance, and evaluating crypto projects for integration with Aragon.

Yev is a corporate and securities lawyer native to web3 since 2016. Previously, Yev was an associate at various large international law firms doing M&A and private equity and was also General Counsel of a publicly traded tech company and a unicorn private aviation tech startup. Yev is a proponent of financial equity and inclusion and believes that web3 agnostically opens the gates to provide access to a more diverse group of participants.
She has advised projects in this space on how and where to set up both their DAO's and more traditionally governed entity structures, as well as how to compliantly raise capital through the sale of equity and tokens
